1) Description

The apartment as well as the whole building are non-smoking.
2) Rental fee and conditions

The prices are intended per apartment per night calculed in EURO.

Included in the price:private parking, bike storage, ski room, water, electricity and heating.
The price does not include the tourist tax of € 1,00 per person/day (it will be charged at check-in). Children under 14 years of age are not subject to the tax.

3) Deposit

Bookings are considered final after the payment of a deposit and a written confirmation. The amount of the deposit is 20 % - 30% of the final price.

The payment of the deposit can be made through bank transfer.
4) Arrival: The apartment is available from 4 pm of the arrival day.

In case of arrival after 7 pm, we kindly ask you to contact us.
5) Departure: The apartment must be vacated by 9am of the departure day. Late Check-Out after 9 am , will be charged Euro 50 !
6) Cancellation: In case of cancellation, we have to withhold the deposit.
7) Late arrival or early departure: In case of late arrival or early departure, the total reservation amount will be charged.
8) Payments: On the day of arrival we kindly ask you to pay the entire amount of the booked holiday (the deposit will be detracted from the full amount), as well as a security bond between € 100,00 and € 200,00 which will be returned to the guest after an apartment inspection and the return of the keys.

On the day of departure, the owner reserves the right to inspect the apartment with the guest. The guest is liable for every damage incurred to the apartment during his stay and will e charged for damage or for any items that are missing. The guest must tell the owner of any noticed damage to the apartment within 48 hours from check-in.
9) Number of guests: The number of guests cannot exceed the number of confirmed guests.
10) Pets are allowed on request: Your pets are welcome and stay for free. The pet owner it responsible for every damage on the property. 
11) Bed linen and towels Euro 10,- per person,change of towels/linen on request for a fee. (Kitchen towels and toilet paper are not included)
13) Final cleaning: from Euro 90,- to Euro 100,-
14) Payment method: On the day of arrival we kindly ask you to pay the entire amount of the booked holyday .We accept following methods of payment: Cash or through credit/ debit card. VISA – MASTERCARD – MAESTRO.
Advance bank transfer: The advance bank transfer must be received withing 3 days before the scheduled arrival and is not refundable in case of cancellation.










Chalet Brigitte Bed & Breakfast ADULT ONLY 

1) Chalet Brigitte Adlut Only (boys from 12 years)

2) Price includes: Room and buffet Breakfast, bed linen, bath towels, private parking, bike storage, ski room.

3) Minimum stay of 4 days.

4) No Smoking : all room as well as the whole building are non-smoking.

5) Tourist tax : not included
( Euro 1,00 per person per day )

6) Deposit : Bookings are considered final after the payment of a deposit of Euro 150/200,- and a written confirmation.

The payment of the deposit can be made through bank transfer.

7) Arrival: The room is available from 4 pm of the arrival day.
In case of arrival after 9 pm, we kindly ask you to contact us.

8) Departure: The room must be vacated by 9:30 am of the departure day.


9) Cancellation: In case of cancellation, we have to withhold the deposit

12) Extra charges: Double room used as a single one + 50%

Advance bank transfer: The advance bank transfer must be received within 3 days before the scheduled arriva and is not refundable in case of cancellation.
